The Safer, The Better. ServSafe.
Developed by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation, ServSafe® is recognized and accepted for its food safety certifications and licensing by more federal, state, and local jurisdictions in the United States than any other food safety program.
The ServSafe food safety program provides high-quality food safety education and training materials for the restaurant and foodservice industry. VRLTA is proud to partner with the NRA to provide ServSafe food safety training courses and certification exams through preferred instructors/organizations (for Manager) and online (for other courses).
VRLTA has certified thousands of foodservice managers in ServSafe's food safety protocols and procedures, and with our new preferred vendor model, even more classes and locations will be available.
