Sarah Campbell
Chapter & Events Manager
Sarah Campbell serves as Chapter & Events Manager for the Virginia Restaurant, Lodging & Travel Association. She brings seven years of hospitality experience spanning hotel operations, property openings and transitions, project management, events, human resources, training and community engagement. Before joining VRLTA, Sarah held several roles with Retro Hospitality, where she supported a portfolio of 12 hospitality assets and more than 300 team members and served in interim general manager assignments. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Virginia Tech, with a minor in International Business. Sarah is passionate about building relationships and creating opportunities for Virginia’s hospitality community to connect and thrive.
