Recent Chapter Wins:
We have been hard at work on a number of initiatives important to our members on the coast. Below are just a few of the recent wins VRLTA has achieved working with the Coastal Chapter:
- Expanded Coastal Chapter footprint and Coastal Chapter Board to include greater representation from stakeholders in the region
- Worked on a bipartisan effort to establish the Oyster Shell Waste Diversion Fund and implement tax credits for recycled oyster shells
